Edible Blooms deliver Monday to Friday.

Same-Business-Day delivery is available up to 10km from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Adelaide CBDs for $16.50.
Next-Business-Day deliveryis available to most suburbs in Australia for $14.50.
Orders placed earlier than this are rewarded with a reduced delivery charge of just $9.90.
Our fresh fruit bouquets must be ordered the day before delivery and can be delivered up to 10km from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Adelaide CBDs for $16.50.

Delivery Dates and Time of Day Requests

Please note that on our standard delivery service we cannot specify a time of day for delivery. If you require a delivery to be made at a specific time, this may be possible in metro areas by placing the goods on a point-to-point courier at a higher charge, however you will need to contact Edible Blooms for a quote if you require this. Otherwise gifts are delivered up until 5pm to business addresses and 7pm to residential addresses.

You can request a specific date for your gift to be delivered and we will do everything in our power to ensure this request is met, however sometimes due to courier circumstances outside of our control, your gift may not arrive on the exact date you have requested.

In the case of Birthday and Anniversary gifts only, if we cannot deliver these time-sensitive gifts on your requested delivery date, we will provide you with a full refund* of your gift and delivery fee – CONDITIONS APPLY, SEE BELOW:

*Please note that due to increased courier loads during peak periods, we cannot guarantee that your birthday and anniversary gifts will arrive on your requested delivery date and therefore do not provide refunds for late deliveries during these times. These are:

Two business weeks prior to Christmas Day (Mon 12th – Fri 23rd December 2011)

One business week prior to:
Valentine’s Day (Wed 8th – Tue 14th February 2012)
Mother’s Day (Mon 7th – Fri 11th May 2012)
Father’s Day (Mon 27th – Fri 31st August 2012)

We also cannot guarantee delivery dates/do not offer refunds for gifts being delivered to remote rural areas of Australia. Please see below for further details on these areas or call 1300 768 996 to ask whether this applies to your delivery.

Please note that someone must be available at the recipient address to sign for your gift on the delivery date requested or the delivery guarantee is void.

Unattended Premises & Additional Re-direction/Re-delivery Charges

If no-one is home to accept the delivery, Edible Blooms standard procedure is to leave the gifts safely at the premises unless this is not possible. Exceptions to this rule are alcohol products which cannot be left without a signature, premises where our courier deems that it is not safe to leave the gift unattended, or if you specifically request in your order for the gift not to be left at the premises if it is unattended. In these instances the gift will be taken to the nearest post office and a calling card left at the premises, or returned to our store and we will be in contact to arrange a second delivery. These instances will result in an additional redirection/redelivery charge.

For Next-Business-Day Deliveries and Advanced Orders this redirection/redelivery charge may be up to $12.50, however for Same-Business-Day Deliveries and ALL Fruit Deliveries this redirection/redelivery charge may be equivalent to double the initial delivery charge, as these VIP couriers charge for both returning the gift back to our store and for delivering it out again (resulting in a total of three delivery charges). If these additional charges need to be debited from your card, you will be contacted by our Store to advise that they are doing so. We suggest that you ensure the premises is attended on the delivery day to avoid any additional charges.

Delivery outside of Metropolitan areas (Rural Areas)

Please note that some remote rural areas may not be serviced by standard couriers. In these cases, parcels will be delivered to the closest Australia Post outlet for delivery with regular mail or pick up by the receiver, depending on the procedure of the outlet. We cannot guarantee delivery dates in these areas.

Product Quality Guarantee

In the unlikely event that your Edible Bloom is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to ensure a positive resolution. Please note that a photograph will be required for the replacement of any damaged goods. Edible Blooms will not provide cash refunds in this event.

Cancellation/Changing Orders

A $10 Administration fee may apply to cancellations of, or changes to, orders. Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery or if they have been dispatched from our store - these orders will be charged in full. Cancellations for customised orders and fruit orders will be charged in full.

Product substitution

We endeavour to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website. However, should a particular chocolate or paper colour be unavailable at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to substitute goods of equal or greater value.

Our new 'Request a QUOTE ONLY - from $22.00' option

If you require a VIP delivery that does not fall within the standard delivery options available on our website (for example, same-business-day delivery or fresh fruit delivery outside our zone) you can now submit an online quote request. Edible Blooms will call you back within two hours (during business hours) to confirm whether your request is possible and if so, the total cost.

To do this, you simply select 'Request a QUOTE ONLY - from $22.00' as the delivery option and proceed to checkout. A $22 delivery charge will be added to your cart as this is the minimum price of a VIP delivery. Although you will submit your quote request like a regular Edible Blooms order, your order will not be placed and your card will not be charged until you receive a call from Edible Blooms to discuss the feasibility of your request and you agree to the final charges.
