Our Fruit Bouquets and Cake Pops are a little more delicate and can be delivered within Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Adelaide.
Need it in a hurry? We also offer Same-Business-Day delivery of any Edible Bloom within Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Adelaide when you order by 12pm midday AEST.

Delivery Dates and Time of Day Requests
Delivery is available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and the Edible Blooms team will always endeavour to deliver as early as we possibly can for you – your gift delivery is as important to us as it is for you! However, please understand that your gift can arrive up to 5pm at businesses and 7pm to home addresses.
If you would like to nominate a time of day for your delivery, this may be possible in metropolitan areas on our VIP delivery service - please call us for a quote.
In the unusual occurrence of a late delivery, please call us on 1300 768 996 and we will do everything we can to make it up to you!
Unattended Premises & Additional Re-direction/Re-delivery Charges
We’re the experts at dealing with perishable delivery of our blooms and our best advice is for you to please ensure someone is at work or at home to sign for their gift on the day of delivery.
If no-one is home to accept the delivery, we will leave your gift safely in our signature delivery box. However, if you’re sending something with a little punch (ie alcohol), we require a signature on delivery so our courier will leave a calling card. The calling card will advise that they have either forwarded it to the local post office for your recipient to collect at their convenience, or we’ll attempt a redelivery. Either way, instructions will be left.
For Standard Deliveries, a redelivery/redirection charge up to $12.50 may be incurred if the gift cannot be left safely. For Same Day / Express Deliveries and Fruit Deliveries, the redelivery charge may be up to double the initial delivery charge, as these VIP couriers charge for their time in both returning and redelivering the gift (ouch – best to avoid this one!).
If you need your gift to be delivered directly to a post office or PO Box rather than a regular delivery address, our couriers can do this but charge an additional $10 on top of the flat delivery rate. Please give us a call on 1300 768 996 if you require a post office delivery.
Delivery outside of Metropolitan areas
Some suburbs and regional towns outside of metropolitan areas may not be serviced by standard couriers. In these cases, parcels will be delivered to the closest Australia Post outlet for delivery with regular mail or pick up by the receiver, depending on the procedure of the outlet. Please call 1300 768 996 to ask whether this applies to your delivery.
Product Quality Guarantee
In the unlikely event that your Edible Bloom is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will automatically replace it with a gift of equal or greater value. Please note that a photograph will be required for the replacement of any damaged goods.
A $10 Administration fee may apply to cancellations of, or changes to, orders within 24 hours of the despatch time. Once despatched from our store, cancellation is no longer possible.
We endeavour to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website. However, should a particular chocolate or paper colour be unavailable at the time of purchase, we will substitute goods with equal or greater value.
