Refund and Compensation Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Green Thumb Gift delivery, please contact Green Thumb Gifts on 1300 889 319 or at email@example.com within 2 weeks of your requested delivery date in order to be eligible for compensation.
For any quality complaints, photo evidence will be required for Green Thumb Gifts to investigate the issue further. In the case of major quality issues, such as your item perishing in transit, a replacement item will be sent upon receipt of photographic evidence. Minor quality issues, such as the presentation of your item, will be addressed by our customer service team on a case-by-case basis. Please note that cash refunds will not be provided in either of these instances.
Green Thumb Gifts guarantees the on-time arrival of birthday and anniversary gifts within metropolitan areas, during non-peak gifting times. If your gift meets these conditions and arrives after your specified delivery date, Green Thumb Gifts will compensate you with a gift voucher to the full value of your purchase. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to non-metropolitan areas and peak gifting times. Peak gifting times are defined as two weeks prior to Valentine's Day, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day and Father's Day (falling on 14th February, 20th April, 11th May and 7th September respectively in 2014) and four weeks prior to Christmas Day, falling on 25th December.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your correspondence with Green Thumb Gifts, we will require you to state your complaint in writing so that it can be escalated to the General Manager for resolution.
