I had booked for delivery on Friday 20/9/19 but found the recipient was going away on that day so i called your office to see if I could instead have the delivery carried out on Thursday 19/9/19 instead, I did this after 1 PM, the lady that took my call did everything in her power to get the delivery on the Thursday...AND IT DID!! that saved the day, and I cannot thank you enough for doing so, your effort and willingness is an example of what great service is all about she is a great asset for your company!! thank you so very much
