 I completed my order over the phone as I wanted to personalise it. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful, finding my details and past orders quickly. She understood my special requirements and the chocolate posy was organised to my specifications. The person who received the posy ( red hearts and silver stars) was thrilled with the surprise and how it looked. As a 90th birthday gift it was a definite success.
