Dear EB Team, your customer service assistant was extremely helpful as I needed to amend the delivery date right after 10am. In a rush to make the cut-off I had accidentally selected the 31st instead of the 28th, and despite the Melbourne office relocating on that day they still found the time to deliver my order within 2 hours of submission. I was beyond thankful as I really wanted my brother's gift to be delivered on that day. The time and effort taken to assist with my request was most appreciated despite a heavy workload. Thank you again!
