I found the service exceptional. I liked the reassurance that gift was dispatched and that it was signed for. Daughter took her Strawberries & Cream flowers to dinner with her girlfriends. I'm sure they were all impressed. Slightly time consuming to have to click on each item to see picture or something (can't quite remember but I needed to click to get what I was after).
