Picked up from the store and was very impressed with both the product itself and the customer service, I had to walk a fair distance on a hot day with a chocolate Bloom and was given a cool bag to ensure nothing melted, simple enough but not something every company would do, a kind gesture and ensured the gift was in perfect condition for Christmas.
