The whole process was excellent, I had a phone call the next day after placing the order explaining that something was not in stock and would be substituted for another item which was absolutely fine. I was kept informed throughout and when the goods were delivered, they were in great condition and even had a frozen ice pack inside (for the bottle of champagne). The package looked better than it did online and I was very happy with the overall product and service. I will defiantly purchase from edible blooms in the future. Top quality!
