Friends and family are getting older and gift ideas for those who have everything are hard to come by.  Thankfully, a beautiful edible bloom is a great fall-back strategy when looking for a gift someone can eat, but presented in such a way, that it makes a wonderful gift and blows a box of chocolates out of the water.  The edible bloom arrangements also make a great table centrepiece which can then be eaten at the end of a meal with a cup of tea or coffee.  They always surprise as the presentation is awesome and people haven't seen anything like them.
