Ordering was extremely easy (except for deciding which of the great choice of plants to get) !!  I thought the Bay tree would be an ideal gift as it was not only attractive but useful as well.  The comment I got from my sister was that it was an ideal gift (rather than the perfumes, pamper gifts, etc.), and would last long after a bunch of flowers.  Very pleased with purchase.
