To ensure your gift arrives before 5 pm for businesses and 9 pm for residential, ensure you place your order before 5 pm (Monday through Friday) or 3 pm (Saturday). 

To deliver a gift to a school, place an order before midday from Monday to Friday.

When you can’t be there, our chocolate gift boxes are available for regional shipping to outer metro areas in South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and Western Australia. 

Your unique gift will be sent via standard delivery, with an estimated arrival of 2-3 days from the preferred delivery date. If your regional suburb or town is not serviced by standard couriers, your gift will be delivered to the closest Australia Post outlet.

Can my chocolate gifts be delivered on a hot day?

On warmer days, each chocolate gift is packed with a free reusable ice pack within the gift box to keep it cool. Chocolate hampers can be delivered on hot days to metro and regional locations. Your gift will also be picked up by couriers, whose vans are refrigerated to keep your gifts cold and delicious while in transit.
