How we look after your perishable gift

Edible Blooms are delivered in special gift boxes with ice packs, and in cooler months, our premium insulated delivery bags. Chocolate bouquets and gift hampers can be delivered anywhere in Australia.
Fresh fruit gifts are delivered within metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, Monday-Saturday.

Prices shown are for inner metro areas. Outer metro, regional and interstate pricing varies by postcode - enter your delivery postcode at checkout and we'll show you the exact price and delivery dates available for that address.

Note: our Standard Delivery service does not run on Saturdays - choose Saturday Delivery if that's your date.

Delivery times

Business addresses: between 9am and 5pm. Add your business name to the company field at checkout to help ensure delivery before 5pm.

Residential addresses: between 10am and 9pm.

Order cut-off times

Residential: order by 3pm Mon-Fri or 12pm Sat for same-day delivery.
Offices & schools: order by 12pm Mon-Sat for same-day delivery.
Same-day delivery is available to Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.

Getting it right, first time

Please check that someone is available to receive the delivery.

If you're sending a gift to a hospital, we need the ward and room number to make delivery smooth.

If no-one is home, we'll leave your gift in our signature delivery box where it's safe to do so and you've given authority at checkout. Otherwise, a calling card will be left and the gift may be taken to the nearest post office.

We're unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Some regional towns aren't serviced by standard couriers - in these cases, your gift will be delivered to the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection.

Once your order is submitted

Please double-check your delivery details before paying - we're unable to make changes or cancel an order once payment is submitted.

Returns

Bring your gift to your nearest Edible Blooms location in the same condition it was received for a full refund. If a redelivery is required and we're charged by the courier, a redelivery fee may apply.

WHAT WE ACCEPT: We accept returns for damaged and defective products within 14 days of the delivery date.  If you choose a specific deliver date and choose Same Day delivery in our checkout we will guarantee delivery on the date you select.

At checkout, once you enter your delivery postcode and preferred delivery date, all available delivery prices will be presented. Choose a same business day delivery date for the lowest rate. Please select your preferred delivery date on the calendar.

Next Day Delivery

At checkout, once you enter your delivery postcode and preferred delivery date, all available delivery prices will be presented. Choose your delivery date in our calendar and we’ll do our upmost to deliver on your selected date.  If you’d like to guarantee your delivery date please choose a same day delivery option.  Your gift will then be delivered on- your selected date by our VIP courier service.

We can deliver same day to all major cities and some outlying areas.  Discover our range of same day delivery hampers and gifts.

*As we make our fresh fruit bouquets, donut gifts and birthday cakes daily to order these are not included within our next day delivery shipping services.

**On our standard next business day service, some suburbs and regional towns may not be serviced by standard couriers. In these cases, gifts will be delivered to the closest Australia Post outlet for local collection by the receiver.

Future Date Guaranteed

Choose this delivery method when you need your gift to arrive on a specific date, and we will send your gift with our VIP premium couriers. At checkout, once you enter your delivery postcode and preferred delivery date, all available delivery prices will be presented. Choose a future date guaranteed delivery date for the lowest rate. Please select your preferred delivery date on the calendar.

We can deliver your gift same day on your preferred date required, Australia-wide to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.

Let’s get it right, first time

Please help us to do a perfect delivery for you by checking that someone is at home or work to receive your delivery. Alternatively, if you are sending a gift to someone located at a hospital, we do require ward and room details to make a smooth delivery.

If no-one is home, we will leave your gift safely in our signature delivery box if you have given authority at checkout and if the courier deems it safe.If there is nowhere safe, a calling card will be left and it may be taken to the nearest post office.

To return a gift, please bring your gift to your nearest Edible Blooms location.  It must be returned in the same quality as it was received and a full refund will then be provided.

If we are required to re-deliver your gift there may be a redelivery fee if we are charged by the courier.
