What's the difference between a free membership and VIP?
Free members receive exclusive member pricing and a $10 birthday voucher. VIP members get everything in the free tier, plus 5 free standard deliveries per year and a larger $15 birthday voucher.
How does member pricing work? Do I need a code?
No code needed. Your member price is applied automatically at checkout and displayed clearly against the standard price on every product page so you always know exactly what you're saving.
If you use a discount code, member pricing doesn't apply.
How quickly does VIP pay for itself?
In less than two purchases. Once you factor in free delivery and member pricing on products, VIP more than covers its $39 annual cost within your first couple of orders.
Can I use all 5 free deliveries on the same order, or one per order?
One free delivery per order. Each delivery covers standard or same-day delivery up to $19.95. Sending to multiple addresses? Use our bulk upload system and your delivery discount can be applied across all addresses.
When do I receive my birthday gift, and where do I add my birthday?
Your date of birth is collected when you sign up. Existing subscribers can add theirs via our membership page.
Level 1 Members receive a $10 birthday gift voucher
Level 2 Members receive a $20 birthday gift voucher
Birthday vouchers are subject to the following conditions:
Member must have a valid date of birth saved in their Edible Blooms membership profile to receive a birthday voucher and opted in for email marketing.
Birthday vouchers are issued via email in the week prior to the member's birthday and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Birthday vouchers are single use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
Cannot be used to purchase gift cards or Edible Blooms memberships and are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
How do I know if my free delivery has been applied at checkout?
Your standard or same-day delivery is normally $19.95 and will appear as a discounted line item at checkout, reduced to $0. If you select an upgraded delivery option, the difference will be charged.
What happens when my VIP membership expires?
Memberships automatically renew at the end of each 12-month membership period. Edible Blooms will notify you by email at least 30 days prior to your renewal date, giving you the opportunity to opt out before being charged.
Free delivery credits are valid within your current 12-month membership cycle only. Any unused delivery credits expire at the end of your membership year and do not roll over to the following membership period.
Can I get a refund on my membership?
You will not be entitled to a refund of the membership fee.
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing hello@edibleblooms.com.au. All membership fees are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for any unused portion of a membership period.
