WHAT WE ACCEPT
We accept returns for both defective/damaged and non-defective products within 14 days of the delivery date.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@edibleblooms.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A photograph of the damaged item
We will offer you either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement gift of equal value — your choice.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is returned in the same condition as received.
How to return:
- By mail: Contact us at hello@edibleblooms.com.au to initiate a return and receive instructions
- In store: Bring your item to your nearest Edible Blooms location
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective, in which case Edible Blooms will cover return shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please note: if re-delivery of your order is required due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, a redelivery fee may apply if charged by our courier.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
