Member Terms & Conditions

Effective: June 2026 

Free Membership 

Edible Blooms offers a Free Membership to any customer who holds an active email subscription with Edible Blooms. An active email subscription is required to enable the automated application of member discounted pricing at checkout. Free Membership is available at no cost and provides access to the following benefits:  

Member savings — member discounted pricing is automatically applied at checkout for active email subscribers 

Early notice of specials, offers and new product ranges 

Free date reminder service — never forget a birthday or key anniversary date 

Free Membership remains active for as long as you hold an active email subscription with Edible Blooms. Free Membership benefits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

Paid Membership — Level 1 & Level 2 

1.  Edible Blooms offers its customers and users of the edibleblooms.com.au website the opportunity to join its Edible Blooms Membership Program and access member discounts and other benefits (as described below) by purchasing a Level 1 or Level 2 membership. Edible Blooms reserves the right to refuse any application to join the Edible Blooms Membership Program, in its sole discretion (exercised reasonably). 

2.  By joining the Edible Blooms Membership Program:  

2.1  you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy; 

2.2  you acknowledge that membership is subject to a membership fee and you agree to pay the membership fee prior to Edible Blooms approving or issuing your membership. There is no change of mind on membership purchases. All membership fees are non-refundable; 

2.3  you agree that an Edible Blooms Membership is valid for 12 months from the date on which you pay your membership fee and will automatically renew after the end of that 12-month period; 

2.4  you acknowledge that by providing your personal information, an account will be created in your name to store your Edible Blooms Membership Program details. Any data collected will be used, handled and disclosed by Edible Blooms in accordance with our Privacy Policy; 

2.5  you agree to receive from Edible Blooms by email, mail, SMS and telephone: 

(a)  marketing or promotional communications about the Edible Blooms Membership Program; and 
(b)  marketing or promotional communications about Edible Blooms more generally. 

2.6  You may elect to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications from Edible Blooms by opting out. You can do so by managing your communication preferences via the opt-out function in any Edible Blooms email or SMS, or by emailing hello@edibleblooms.com.au. Please note: opting out via the unsubscribe link in Edible Blooms promotional emails removes you from email marketing only; opting out of SMS marketing removes you from SMS only. If you opt out, you will still receive service-based communications relating to your membership and account, as well as information we are required to send you by law, including changes to these Terms and notifications relating to your transactions, rewards and entitlements. 3.  The following benefits are available to paid members of the Edible Blooms Membership Program. Your level of membership determines the benefits you receive: 

Member pricing — the website always displays both full RRP and member price 

Free delivery (Level 1: up to 5 deliveries per membership year; Level 2: up to 10 deliveries per membership year). See clauses 15–17 for full delivery conditions. 

Birthday gift voucher (Level 1: $10; Level 2: $20). See clause 18 for full Birthday voucher conditions. 

Advance previews of new product ranges 
Free date reminder service — never forget a birthday or key anniversary date 
SMS prompts at peak periods to maximise member savings 
Kindness feel-good communications and Pay It Forward invitations 
Additional benefits as determined and advised by Edible Blooms from time to time 

4.  If you enter a different discount code at checkout, your member pricing will not be applied. Only one offer or discount code can be used in any single purchase.  

5.  Gift vouchers may be used in conjunction with Edible Blooms member pricing at checkout. 

6.  Membership benefits apply across all Edible Blooms products. From time to time, Edible Blooms may exclude specific products or product categories from membership benefits; any such exclusions will be clearly identified on the website or in-store at the point of purchase. Member pricing and discounts are not available on any product already included in a sale or promotional discount event. 

7.  Edible Blooms Memberships may be purchased and held by customers located anywhere in the world. Membership can be used on the edibleblooms.com.au website and at any Edible Blooms store in Australia.  

8.  To be eligible to access membership benefits:  

8.1  In store: you must identify yourself as a member before purchase by providing the email address linked to your membership account. If you are unable to provide that email address, your phone number may be used to verify your membership account; or 

8.2  Online: you must place your order using the email address linked to your active Edible Blooms membership account. 

9.  Membership benefits offered during the 12-month membership period are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Edible Blooms may specify additional conditions on the use of any discount vouchers or discount codes at the time they are offered in-store or online. 

10.  If you breach these Terms, Edible Blooms may terminate your membership. In the event of termination for breach, you will not be entitled to a refund of the membership fee.  

11.  You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing hello@edibleblooms.com.au. All membership fees are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for any unused portion of a membership period. 

12.  If Edible Blooms terminates your membership, you cancel your membership, or your membership expires at the end of the 12-month period, we will retain your data and only use, handle and disclose it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

13.  Membership discounts do not apply to the purchase of gift cards or bonus offers, and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or item that is on sale at Edible Blooms stores or online. 

14.  Edible Blooms reserves the right to update these Membership Program Terms at any time and will notify you via the email address connected to your membership account 30 days prior to the updated Terms coming into effect. 

15.  Free delivery benefits are available where goods are being delivered to an Australian address within the range of postcodes and suburbs to which Edible Blooms delivers. There is no requirement for the member to be an Australian resident to hold a paid membership. Members located outside Australia are eligible for all other membership benefits on orders delivered to an Australian address. 

16.  Free delivery credits are valid within your current 12-month membership cycle only. Any unused delivery credits expire at the end of your membership year and do not roll over to the following membership period. 

17.  If a Level 1 or Level 2 Member selects an Urgent, Regional or Express delivery service with a fee greater than $19.95, the standard $19.95 delivery charge will be applied as a credit towards that order and the difference will be payable by the member. This order counts as one delivery credit. 

18.  Birthday Gift Vouchers 

Birthday gift vouchers are issued annually to Level 1 and Level 2 Members as follows:  

Level 1 Members receive a $10 birthday gift voucher 
Level 2 Members receive a $20 birthday gift voucher 

Birthday vouchers are subject to the following conditions:  

18.1  The member must have a valid date of birth saved in their Edible Blooms membership profile to receive a birthday voucher. 

18.2  The member must be opted in to Edible Blooms email marketing at the time of issue to receive their birthday voucher. 

18.3  Birthday vouchers are issued via email in the week prior to the member's birthday. 

18.4  Birthday vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. 

18.5  Birthday vouchers are single use only. 

18.6  Birthday vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. 

18.7  Birthday vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift cards or Edible Blooms memberships. 

18.8  Birthday vouchers are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

19.  To be eligible to hold an Edible Blooms Membership, you must be aged 18 years or over, or aged 16 years or over with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. 

20.  Auto-Renewal and Payment Failure 

20.1  Memberships automatically renew at the end of each 12-month membership period. Edible Blooms will notify you by email at least 30 days prior to your renewal date, giving you the opportunity to opt out before being charged. 

20.2  If your auto-renewal payment is unsuccessful, your membership will be immediately paused. You will be notified by email and given the opportunity to update your payment details to reactivate your membership. If payment is not received, your membership will lapse and you will need to re-subscribe to access membership benefits. 

20.3  A paused membership does not retain unused delivery credits. Delivery credits are only available during an active, paid membership period. 

21.  Membership Communications 

Edible Blooms membership is linked to your email subscription. By joining as a Free Member or as a Level 1 or Level 2 Member, you will automatically receive membership communications by email and SMS, including benefit updates, reminders, and renewal notifications. 

If you unsubscribe: 

21.1  Free Members who unsubscribe will lose access to member pricing and all associated membership benefits. To continue enjoying your benefits, you must remain an active subscriber. 

21.2  Level 1 and Level 2 Members who unsubscribe will no longer receive membership communications, including the 30-day renewal reminder sent prior to auto-renewal. As your membership is set to auto-renew, if you are not an active subscriber at the time of renewal you will not receive advance notice before your membership fee is charged. Edible Blooms is unable to take responsibility for missed renewal notifications where a member is not an active subscriber. We recommend keeping your subscription active to ensure you never miss a renewal reminder or lose access to your remaining benefits.
