Instant Gift simplifies sending a gift to one or many customers, clients, or team members. It eliminates the need for an address, as the recipient adds their preferred delivery details. It removes any blockers or time-consuming steps such as finding out when they are in the office or home - they decide that.
After selecting your perfect gift, add a gift card message and enter the recipient's email; simply click the send button and your Instant Gift will be sent.
The email will be delivered instantly, however, due to privacy reasons you will not be able to view if they have opened it.
The recipient will be given the option to send a thank you note back. We suggest if you don’t hear back from your friend, co-worker, or family member that you check in with them. Who knows?! This gift may have landed in their junk or spam folder. Or in worst cases, they're ghosting you… but we highly doubt it, after all, you just sent them a fabulous and delicious gift.
No need to worry! If you think you may have misspelled or entered an old email address, just contact our team at email@example.com or call 1300 768 996. Our team will happily assist you in redirecting your Instant Gift to the appropriate email, just provide your invoice.
You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you do not drink alcohol or have any dietary requirements please contact our team, and we can organise exchanging this for another gift of the same value.
