What will my gift look like when it arrives?
We operate Green Thumb Gifts from our family in farm in Victor Harbour, where we maintain and photograph all of our gifts. No stock images here! Everything you see on our site has been carefully selected by us – from the plants, to the pots, to the packaging – and is photographed looking just as it will when it arrives on your recipient’s door step. When you select a flowering plant gift, we aim to send it with some buds still in bloom so that your recipient enjoys the experience of seeing their gift flower. Naturally, this ratio will vary seasonally. Likewise, for trio gift sets such as succulents, cacti and herbs, we’ll select the best seasonal varieties which may vary slightly from those pictured but will better match the current conditions.
All items are carefully secured and packaged in special Green Thumb Gift delivery boxes, to keep them upright and well-handled in transit. Our custom packaging also means your recipient will know immediately that it’s a special parcel waiting to be opened!
Top-notch national delivery service
We work with only the highest grade of national couriers to deliver your gift as quickly and as smoothly as possible. Our next-business-day service covers all Australian cities and most large regional centres, while some regional areas may take an extra 2-3 business days for delivery.
Quarantine restrictions do apply to soil deliveries to Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory, so while our plant gifts cannot be sent to these locations we do have a gorgeous range of Gardening Gifts that can be delivered there.
Product Quality Guaranteed
In the unlikely event that your Green Thumb Gift is damaged in transit, simply contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do everything we can to ensure a positive resolution. A photograph will be required for the replacement of any damaged goods, however please note that loose soil in the packaging does not constitute damage. Where a photo is supplied Green Thumb Gifts will replace your gift with another of equal or greater value (cash refunds will not be provided in this event).
