To help you to connect as many hearts, people locations and moments we’ve created an annual VIP standard shipping subscription so you can order time and time again with us while only paying once for delivery.

This annual shipping subscription allows free standard shipping for an entire year, how great is that! As this is a new service, your VIP subscription will take up to 24 hours to be activated. This activation can only happen when our team of Bloomettes are in the office, but we promise we’ll be onto it ASAP.

You will also need to log in to your online account to receive free standard shipping. If you’re a new customer and don’t have an account, after your purchase is made you’ll receive an email how to activate your account in one easy step.

Our corporate customers mean so much to us that we already offer free personalisation and delivery to one address when you order 10 or more items. If you are looking to personalise your corporate order we’d love to hear from you.

Therefore, unfortunately this annual standard delivery VIP subscription isn’t available for our corporate customers as we can help you out in a much more one to one personalised service.

I want to order a perishable, fruit or donut item

As this subscription is only available for our standard delivery service, our fruit, donut and perishable items aren’t available to ship for free when this service is elected.

As we require to use our VIP, express and urgent same day courier services to ship our perishable items to ensure freshness and guaranteed quality, our standard delivery VIP subscription is not available in this case. An extra delivery charge will occur if you elect to send a perishable item to someone special.
