Every Edible Bloom on our web store has been designed – and is carefully handmade upon order – according to the recipe listed on the product page. We know it takes a special kind of occasion to send an Edible Bloom, so we work hard to ensure your gift expresses all the happiness you would in person. You can relax in the knowledge that your recipient will be enjoying exactly what you intended – and wait for the calls of thanks to roll in! In the unusual event that a particular chocolate is not available at the time of purchase, we will always notify you by phone or email that we will be substituting that item with another of equal or greater value.
Top-notch National Delivery Network
We have carefully assembled a national network of air, ground and VIP point-to-point couriers to deliver your gifts as quickly and as smoothly as possible. We consider the delicateness of your gift and when you need it delivered to determine the best courier for the job. We can deliver same-business-day within Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Adelaide, where our stores are located, or we can reach most other areas of Australia on a next-business-day service. Some regional areas may take an extra day or two – and depending on the standard practice of the local courier, may be delivered to the closest post office for collection – but you can give our team a call on 1300 768 996 for more information if you’re unsure whether this will apply to your delivery.
As super-careful as we are, including packing each gift with gel ice packs to keep cool in the warmer months, we understand that things can sometimes go wrong. In the unlikely event that your Edible Bloom is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace it with a gift of equal or greater value - please note that a photograph will be required for the replacement of any damaged goods.
