WHAT WE ACCEPT: We accept returns for damaged and defective products within 14 days of the delivery date. If you choose a specific deliver date and choose Same Day delivery in our checkout we will guarantee delivery on the date you select.
PERISHABLE & EDIBLE ITEMS - DAMAGED: If your edible or perishable order arrives damaged, do not return the item. Instead, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@edibleblooms.com.au or call us with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
We will offer you a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement gift of equal value - your choice.
NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS - CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your non-perishable purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in the same condition as received.
How to return:
- By mail: Contact us at hello@edibleblooms.com.au to initiate a return and receive instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- In store: Bring your item to your nearest Edible Blooms location.
REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
EXCHANGES: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
RE-DELIVERY: If we are required to re-deliver your gift there may be a redelivery fee if we are charged by the courier.
