I HAD A VERY POOR EXPRIENCE AND WILL NOT RECCOMMEND OR ORDER AGAIN
I unfortunately had a very very bad experience. Firstly I only received part of my order. I tried to contact straight awsy and It then took me nearly 24hrs ! To speak to someone after trying all Afternoon and next morning texting as I was told to do on the pjone and getting cut off several times after beinf told I was first in the cue! When I eventually got through amazingly it was sorted very quicklyby now I was vwry frustrutted and asked for someone ro review and get back to me to advise what has been dkne to ensure moone else goes through what I went through. Still no reply ! Please review my order and have zomone follow up with me . 1st order 139415 only received strawberries no boquet. 2nd order 139802. Please follow up.
