| Fantastic experience! I needed a surprise gift delivered same day to a friend and it was delivered on time and safely! There was a live tracker provided on the website once the item was on its way and the delivery instruction were followed perfectly and the item was left in a very safe place. The online chat function on the website was also great as the agent was able to send me a photo of the parcel delivered so I was able to see it was definitely delivered to the correct address. The cold pack to keep the champagne chilled was unexpected but an excellent addition! Could not fault Edible Blooms and the service provided. Will definitely order again. |
