I was delighted by the service I received when a gift box for a granddaughter went missing. I contacted Edible Blooms, explained the situation and was assured a new gift box would be forwarded, together with a note explaining what had happened. True to her word, our granddaughter rang a few days later, very excited having received the chocolates and the note, as promised. Excellent customer service for an excellent product, so appreciated.
