Hi. When I received an automated email advising that my order hadn't gone through, I contacted your office. The lady quickly confirmed that all was in order and informed me that the order was almost on it's way. I got confirmation later that the courier had picked it up and it was on it's way.
Very friendly service and definitely with a smile. Yes even over the phone, it was recognised.
