It is difficult to answer this precisely because I had the gift delivered to someone else so I did not really have a "delivery experience" However, I can say this: 1. The Perth sales lady was very helpful and very pleasant 2. The gift was delivered on time at quite short notice 3. The recipient was totally thrilled with the gift. Result? Everyone is happy! I am a repeat customer, so that says something about my satisfaction!
