Excellent, not able to send my gift to the original address as it is outside the local delivery area, I Decided to then send it to my son's business address.  He was leaving earlier that day but your delivery guy was able to fit it in to his schedule and deliver the gift before he left the office for the day.  I was thrilled, well done to all in your organisation, the young ladies who answer the phone to take the order, all those behind the scene, it is such a delight that you take so much care with what is truly customer service at its best.  I will always recommend your company, you all really care for your customer
